Process Technician

Eaton\u2019s EPG CHD EP Americas division is currently seeking a Process Technician. The core hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. The hourly rate for this position is $28.05 per hour.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Perform all duties required to set up, assemble, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment\n * Plan and perform mold set up and processing to ensure optimal utilization of labor and machinery\n * Troubleshoot issues with machines, tools, materials, and equipment and make repairs and adjustments as needed or escalate for additional technical assistance\n * Assemble molds and components as specified by orders, routers, and blueprints\n * Break down, clean, and store used molds and components, removing carbon, rust, or excess rubber\n * Perform first piece inspections of parts to ensure they are in tolerance\n * Perform molding operation duties as needed to maintain flow of work through the department\n * Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner\n * Perform other duties as required\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic (Required) Qualifications:\n\n * Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution\n * A minimum of two (2) years of experience programming, setting, running, and performing maintenance on manufacturing machinery\n * Experience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.\n * This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
