A global leader in precision injection molding is adding skilled Process Technicians to its medical device manufacturing team in Royalton, Vermont. Shift Schedule – 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3/4 day cycle:
B Shift: Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM
D Shift: Thu–Sat + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM
Shift placement based on current openings.
Your Day-to-Day
Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machines, molds, and materials to maintain consistent product quality
Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate GMP-compliant documentation
Troubleshoot and repair molding and auxiliary equipment as issues arise
Start up new jobs and respond to production needs throughout your shift
Conduct routine process audits and uphold 5S standards
Work alongside Process and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve technical problems
Monitor scrap, manage material flow, handle mold sets and pulls, and submit maintenance requests
Analyze production data to flag improvement opportunities
Support and mentor junior team members when leading shift operations
What We're Looking For
2+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or comparable quality systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to read and complete technical documentation and production logs
Solid basic math and production analytics skills
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime
