Job Description - Process Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on problem solver who is excited about taking Motus to the NEXT level. The Process Technician will be responsible for setting up, start-up, diagnosing and maintaining process controls on all equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency, including collaboration with quality department to ensure part meets all quality and performance specifications

Follow production schedule to maximize uptime

Lead downtime troubleshooting

Ensure all work cells are correct after mold changes

Assist with process changes as necessary

Create new waterjet recipes for new tools or tools moving from one line to another

Start-up processes after mold changes

Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot molding processes and problems

Identify and recommend improvements and support all company continuous improvements activities.

Support Process Engineer in resolving product non-conformity issues

Ensure procedures and process followed by all employees

REQUIREMENTS:

Associates degree or Technical Degree preferred

2+ years’ experience in a process technician environment

Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures

Demonstrated leadership skills
