Process Technician (2nd Shift)

Description

 The Process Technician's chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Duties will include conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures. Assigned daily duties where needed within the maintenance department. Must follow Altor Solutions’ standards for Safety, Housekeeping, Quality and Production in an efficient and safe manner.  

Requirements

• Complete daily activities within the maintenance department as assigned. 
• Completes Preventive Maintenance on equipment. 
• Completes Predictive Maintenance Tasks as assigned. 
• Completes On Demand Work Orders as assigned. 
• Maintain a safe work environment.  
• Maintain reliability of equipment through implementation and flawless execution of a preventative and predictive maintenance program. 
• Complete data entry of maintenance related tasks into ERP system. 
• Drive efficiency improvements to meet the organization’s KPI goals. 
• Part of an on-call weekend rotation.
