Job Title: Process Technician

Location: Regency Plastics – Ubly Inc.

Starting Pay Range: $19.25 (Includes Shift Premium)

Available Work Hours:

2nd Shift / 2:55pm - 11:00pm

$500 Sign-on Bonus*

$1000 Stay Bonus

You will be the backbone of our part-making process. No previous experience needed! You will learn, train, and be challenged daily! You will work with modern plastic parts, maintain manufacturing operations, and be part of a team – join our Process Technician Team!

What You’ll Do:

Work in a team friendly and family atmosphere.

Lifting and moving in a repetitive process.

Create plastic parts to the Master Set-Up Sheet on the Machines.

Complete Changeovers on Machines going from one part to another.

Use a HMI on Machines to work the process of the part.

What You’ll Need:

Ability to work with a positive attitude with a team and independently.

High School Diploma, or GED.

Availability to work weekends and OT, as needed.

Motor coordination, manual, and finger dexterity.

Ability to problem solve process issues on the fly.
