Process Writer - Call Center Operations - Specialty Pharmacy

Serves as a shared resource between programs to coordinate publications, procedures, and resources for all Patient Support Solutions programs, both existing and future.

• Serves as a shared resource between programs to coordinate publications, procedures, and resources for all Patient Support Solutions programs, both existing and future.
• Availability to consult in design sessions for existing or onboarding programs.
• Perform maintenance and operation department procedure revisions
• Collaborate with fellow colleagues and clients regarding process efficiencies.
• Work closely with the Learning and Development team to assist with creation of training materials.
• Produce comprehensive, easy to follow, consistent in format written operational procedures that align with our company's standards and program requirements.

• Job Aids (such as Call Guides and instructional documents with screenshots)

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical hub procedures, including financial assistance programs.
• Familiarity with regulations surrounding different health insurance types (Medicare, Commercial, Reimbursement plans, Other Government, etc.)
• Availability to work varying shifts (weekdays and weekends) with hours anywhere from as early as 6 a.m. to as late as 8 p.m.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office applications: SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook, which includes the ability to create, modify, edit and send documents, spreadsheets and emails.
• Proficient in handling multiple projects and tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. 
• Demonstrated ability in customer service related complex issue resolution and relationship building preferred.

Certifications Preferred: PPA Procedure Writer Certification
