Job description:
A multi-state creditors' rights law firm based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks a Data Entry/Processing Clerk to assist with its consistently growing practice. The Processing Clerk performs routine clerical functions according to internal standards and procedures. Responsible for entering new accounts, processing incoming and outgoing mail, running reports, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, ensuring that tasks meet compliance standards, and providing assistance to their department.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and incoming and outgoing phone contacts
- Basic knowledge of general office procedures and clerical skills
- Client/customer service experience
- Proven track record for efficiency completing required work product consistently
- Ability to collect, organize, and prioritize information
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks daily and meet production goals, including deadlines
- Heighten attention to detail.
