Processing Equipment Operator

Who are we looking for: Motivated Processing Operator - 1st shift

Qualifications

• Must be able and willing to work Monday through Friday (5:00 am until 1:30 pm) + some overtime as required on Saturdays
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 40lbs repetitively) and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must be able to stand and be on one's feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environments
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background
• Must have forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Assist as a primary source for the day-to-day needs of 101 Plant Processing, including: Crushing, Baling, Cleaning, De-Packaging Finished Goods, Recycling, and more
• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and production facility
• Clear production area by securing and moving finished pallets; moving empty pallets
• Learn and become efficient on various types of Company equipment and operating machinery
• Assist in inventory counts and management by moving stock as needed
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition, reporting any discrepancies or damages
• Collaborate with warehouse/production staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
