Full-Time Position
Typical Schedule: Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week
Lockwood Packing Company is hiring dependable team members to join our Raw Production Department. As a Processing Team Member, you'll help prepare the ingredients used to produce our snack stick products by weighing, batching, grinding, and mixing raw materials in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
No food manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and stage raw materials and ingredients
- Weigh spices and ingredients using approved recipes
- Operate grinders, mixers, blenders, and other food processing equipment
- Grind, batch, and mix products according to production schedules
- Load ingredients into processing equipment
- Stage finished batches for the next step in production
- Complete production records and inventory documentation
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or meat processing experience is helpful, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
- Work in refrigerated production areas (35°F–45°F)
- Work around food processing equipment, raw meat products, spices, and seasonings
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Typical schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week
- Overtime may be available based on production needs
- Work schedules may vary based on staffing and production demands
