Job Description - Processor

About the Job 


As a Post-Closing and Servicing Associate, you will own many day-to-day responsibilities of the Post-Closing and Servicing team. You’ll find balance between collaboration and independent work by supporting our homeowners who have received a Splitero HEI through answering questions and requests, supporting the oversight of our funded portfolio, and managing relationships with servicing vendors. You will report to our Director of Post-Closing and Servicing and work together to drive the growth of the department. 



  • Process homeowner requests, including responding to repurchase requests and other questions in a timely manner

  • Respond to inquiries via email and phone 

  • Monitor and process the receipt of the final document packages 

  • Review and support monthly subservicer reporting

  • Complete document reviews, document uploads, and data entry into Salesforce


The salary for this position is $95,000.


About You



  • 1+ year of HEI experience, specifically in an operations role

  • Elite attention to detail

  • Previous Experience working in Salesforce

  • Ability to communicate efficiently and proficiently with teammates, external vendors, county offices, investors, and homeowners

  • Intermediate Excel skills, including index matching and pivot tables

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

  • Ability to work 8am-5pm PST is preferred 

  • Abilty to travel to San Diego office, 2 times a week on a hybrid schedule. 

  • Mortgage background is preferred

  • Desire to participate in fast-paced early-stage startup

  • Adaptability: Embraces changing circumstances with resiliency and positivity

  • Team-Oriented: Prioritizes collaboration, inclusivity, and teammate support
