Procure to Pay Business Analyst

Business Analyst – Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Contract | W2: $60-$70/hour

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation project. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, document business processes, support solution design, and assist with testing and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
  
• Create process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops.
  
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and support vendor evaluations.
  
• Assist with UAT planning, test script creation, and execution.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation.
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  
• 3+ years supporting Procure-to-Pay, Procurement, or Source-to-Pay initiatives.
  
• Experience with enterprise software implementations.
  
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  

Preferred Experience

• ServiceNow Procurement, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar platforms.
  
• Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, and SQL.
  
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or related certification.
