Procurement Agent - Professional Development Opportunities

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Procurement Agent 2 for a hybrid (onsite/remote) opportunity in Seattle, WA.

Hybrid, 3 days in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Mesa, Arizona or Seattle, WA.

o Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
o Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
o Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
o Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
Must be from Phoenix or Seattle area only.
More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Accredited Bachelor's degree or higher.
More than 1 year of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
More than 1 year of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations.
More than 1 year of experience working across multiple programs and locations.

EDUCATION:
Typically, 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
Shift Start 6-8 AM/Shift End 3-5 PM

MISCELLANEOUS:
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by client.
Duration: 6 months, possible extension.
