Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities: 

Develop efficient procurement solutions and support senior management in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. 

Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly Coupa. 

Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within Coupa.

Maintains vendor relations by resolving problems with orders.

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Lead procurement administration efforts, with a strong focus on Coupa.

Partner with Legal and Security teams during new vendor onboarding to ensure business requirements are met from the outset.
