As the Procurement Call Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily production of around 30 procurement analysts and promoting a positive team environment. Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
Pay Rate:$20-23/hour (DOE), OT possible

Responsibilities of the Procurement Call Team Leader:

• Train new employees and/or implement protocols as they change and update other units
• Direct group of employees in their day-to-day operations
• In charge of human resource matters directly related to department supervised
• Responsible for quality of service provided
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs and expenses

Qualifications for the Procurement Call Team Leader:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ of experience in a call center environment
• Supervisory experience is a PLUS
• Proficient in MS Office
