Procurement Data and Compliance Manager
to join our team in
Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for ensuring our procurement processes are data-driven, efficient, and compliant, supporting our overall mission of excellence in procurement and supply management. This role is a dynamic role within Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) team which combines both processes, governance and financial analysis excellence. The role requires an excellent understanding of different procurement processes, governance and controls, financial analysis and procurement systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide data and spend analytics support to the PSM (Procurement and Supply Management) team.
Develop and manage reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Monitor operational performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement through automation and data reporting.
Proficiency in evaluating savings across various scenarios.
Analyze spend and unit price deviations to provide actionable insights.
Possess strong knowledge and experience with data warehouse systems.
Develop, document, and implement procurement SOPs and policies.
Ensure compliance with SOX framework and procurement process controls.
Deliver P2P compliance training programs and mentor the organization on P2P process methodology and best practices.
Address process and systems-related inquiries, closing P2P process gaps.
Familiarity with the req-to-pay process and associated workflow.
Promote governance models to effectively monitor compliance to best in class procurement business processes.
Collaborate with PSM leadership to understand business requirements.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to present ideas, gain alignment, and drive change management.
Support TKE transformation efforts through process discipline and governance.
Foster organizational alignment and monitor compliance aspects in SOPs and policy documentation.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned to support efficiency of the Center of Excellence department.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration.
10+ years work experience managing procurement processes & systems including relevant experience supporting financial analysis
Proven experience in developing and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and data analysis and executive level presentations on solving business problems
Knowledge of ERP – SAP / Oracle, Ariba, Jaggaer or equivalent systems
Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration.
Expert Understanding of purchasing policies, procedures, practices, financial analysis with Procure-to-pay (P2P) digital platforms SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Jaggaer
Industry certifications – Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP a plus
Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word), Sharepoint
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
Thorough understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, SOX compliance framework, financial acumen and P2P systems
Experience with process SOPs. work instructions, training documentation
Solid experience and ability to recognize and understand business problems, experience collecting and analyzing detailed data to develop and present insights
Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to project management and change management processes
Experienced in troubleshooting, issue resolution, data analysis, and client interaction
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Experience in supply chain/procurement processes, governance, controls and finance area is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Public speaking and presentation skills both virtual and in person are a must.
