We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager with a strong focus on spend management to join our team. The Procurement Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize spend across all categories.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions and drive cost savings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with procurement goals.
Streamline procurement processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure quality and reliability.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and support company objectives.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement and supply chain management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role with a focus on spend management.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
Certification in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
