Procurement Manager – EPC High Voltage Power Delivery 

Seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead a team of procurement specialists supporting large-scale Transmission & Distribution and Substation projects. This role requires deep knowledge of high-voltage electrical components and proven leadership in managing procurement teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ of Electrical Power Transmission & Distribution infrastructure project procurement. 
• Direct high-voltage sourcing experience.
• 2+ years’ of direct line people leadership experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop procurement and expediting staff.
• Oversee sourcing, negotiations, and contract awards for high-voltage packages (switchgear, transformers, wire & cable, conduit, substation assemblies).
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with technical specs and schedules.
• Monitor budgets, supplier performance, and delivery timelines; mitigate supply chain risks.
• Maintain and grow vendor relationships within the electrical infrastructure sector.

Preferred: EPC background, strong vendor network, experience supporting estimating and BD teams.

Travel up to 25%.
