Roblox is looking for a Creative Producer to be responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality gameplay capture that supports marketing, communications, and brand storytelling. This role bridges creative vision, production execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure gameplay footage is accurate, compelling, on-brand, and delivered on schedule. This hands-on role is pivotal in delivering crafted brand materials nimbly and at scale, setting a high standard across all surfaces and channels.
You will partner with creatives and xfn partners to define project scope, develop timelines, run budgets, handle internal/external resources, facilitate reviews, and ensure project delivery requirements are met. You are a strategic problem solver, helping the teams make informed decisions on time-sensitive deadlines. You have excellent interpersonal skills and can engage all levels of contributors up to senior team leaders. You are comfortable working across various types of production mediums. You also have the ability to motivate those around you.
You Will:
Own end-to-end production of gameplay capture, from intake and scoping through delivery and archive
Maintain organized libraries of captured assets with clear labeling, versioning, and metadata
Partner with Creative and xfn teams to define capture goals, use cases, and creative requirements
Manage capture resources (internal and external), including operators, editors, and vendors as needed
Identify efficiencies, best practices, and process improvements for capture workflows
Produce traditional and digital creative from concept to final results while collaborating with internal teams
Lead projects through the entire production lifecycle: planning, creative, production, and delivery
Work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution when needed
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization
Report to the Head of Production
You Have:
5+ years of experience in creative production or gameplay capture within an agency or in-house creative team
Validated experience producing high-touch video, motion design, and motion graphics
Experience supporting marketing campaigns, platform events, or live operations.
Experience managing external vendors or freelance resources.
Proven ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
High attention to detail with a strong eye for visual quality and storytelling
Experience working with capture tools, game engines, or dev environments
A thoughtful and resilient mindset. You understand that the marketing process is iterative and have the ability to operate nimbly
The ability to be a self starter: You are comfortable and able to work independently, managing timelines and briefs from multiple projects and partners
