That\u2019s where you come in!\n\nWe are looking for a Producer to support our flagship game brand, Dungeons \u0026 Dragons! This role is a key member of the team, passionate about facilitating the production and publication of the various products and other support initiatives within the D\u0026D studio. Dedicated to the product release process and its related documents for each of D\u0026D\u2019s major releases, you are key to the launch support of our global releases.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have proven industry expertise in production workflows, tracking tools and resource management, strong communication and time leadership skills, a passion for product development, marketing and cross functional workflows and an affinity for games/lifestyle brands. A solid understanding of and passion for D\u0026D is a huge asset, and experience solving the challenges of international physical product manufacturing are a strong plus.\n\nThis role will be a hyrbid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office. \n\n## What You\u0027ll Do:\n\n * Lead the coordination of releases for the D\u0026D TRPG and drive global alignment of cross-functional teams such as sales, digital and marketing to ensure critical dates and deliverables are met for product schedules.\n * Build visual representations of chokepoints and proactively suggest solutions to alleviate issues with resources and capacity limits.\n * Communicate results and recommendations to the broader D\u0026D leadership team; work with cross-functional teams to make decisions regarding adjustments to product release timing and launch support.\n * Work with Product Managers, Product Marketers, Design Leads, and sales channel teams to resolve ideal placement of these products in the release schedule and communicate these out to relevant teams.\n * Help handle the larger D\u0026D roadmap across all channels, working with leaders and partners to ensure that workloads are optimized, and revenue targets are not at risk.\n * Assess, build, and implement schedules and timelines for all assigned projects.\n * Ability to represent D\u0026D interests and needs with licensing and external partners, communicating efficiently and optimally in various scenarios.\n\n\n\n## What You\u0027ll Bring:\n\n * 3+ Years\u2019 experience working as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar game project management position is helpful.\n * Passion for entertainment and D\u0026D a huge plus. Please specify any D\u0026D-specific experience/knowledge on your resume.\n * Confirmed strength in communication and organization\n * Ability to drive projects forward within a highly matrixed organization:\n * Provide clear and concise direction/feedback various parties and influence others to embrace their recommendations\n * Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters\n * Experience with marketing processes and pipelines.\n * Experience working with licensing and external partners.\n * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel\n * Proficient with SmartSheet, Resource Manager, and Miro are big pluses\n * Knowledge of the digital game and/or hobby game industries is helpful\n * BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred\n\n\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer\n\nWizards of the Coast is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
