Product Advisor

This position reports to the Sales Manager.

Our growing Sales department is looking for ambitious and self-motivated person to join our team. No automotive experience required, we offer a base salary and bonus incentives. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Approach, greet and offer Rockstar assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot


• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses


• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects


• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase


• Be well versed in Social Media such as Facebook and Instagram.  Help put us on the map with valid content.


• Build strong rapport with customers


• Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles


• Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards


• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday


• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections and negotiating pricing


• Have quality customer service skills


• Possess strong communication skills


• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license


• Have a positive attitude and mindset.


• Come to work to work hard and achieve goals.


• Work hard to find a way to say yes and help the customer.


• Work as a team towards common goals.
