Product Analyst (Web & CMS Focus)

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams, working particularly with web-based products and CMS platforms (WordPress), while also exploring opportunities to leverage AI tools for efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear product requirements
  


• Create and maintain structured documentation:

  • User stories and process flows
    
  
  


• Ensure requirements are well understood, traceable, and actionable for development teams
  


• Work with web-based platforms and CMS systems (especially WordPress)
  


• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all documentation
  


• Support definition and tracking of product KPIs
  


• Identify and drive improvements in workflows, including automation and AI-driven solutions
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
  


• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation
  


• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (front-end, content, user journeys)
  


• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  


• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve workflows
  


• Background in defining and tracking KPIs / product metrics
  


• Familiarity with additional CMS platforms or digital ecosystems
