Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Product & Client Outreach Manager to lead the entire product area at Sortitt while driving strategic client outreach. This role requires a balance of product management expertise, relationship-building skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure Sortitt’s solutions align with market needs and client expectations. The ideal candidate will oversee product development and growth while establishing and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Conduct data-driven market and competitor analysis to define product requirements and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, HR, sales) to deliver seamless product rollouts.
Design product workflows, document features, and maintain product backlogs using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Collect client and user feedback, translating it into actionable product enhancements.
Drive client acquisition and engagement through structured outreach strategies.
Utilize Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email automation tools to manage pipelines and outreach campaigns.
Develop personalized client outreach flows using data enrichment and automation platforms.
Represent Sortitt in client demos, pitches, and presentations.
Track and report product KPIs, outreach metrics, and ROI using analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of experience in product management and client outreach/sales enablement.
