Product Applications Engineer

Build a collaborative relationship with the customer field team to ensure customer qualification success. Product expert for features and functionality providing app notes and errata lists. Maintain external product firmware portal and change lists for customer teams. Pareto analysis of product issues to drive improvements in future products. Utilize engineering skills to debug and ad-dress issues experienced by customers. Utilize soft skills in order to take difficult engineering topics and simplify them to help customers understand. Apply experience with computers and technology in order to understand what can go wrong and make recommendations and provide solutions to avoid issues.
