Product Associate

The Product Development Associate plays a key support role in keeping product initiatives moving forward in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day product operations, manage details behind the scenes, and help ensure projects stay on track as priorities shift. The role requires a high level of adaptability—you should be energized by quick pivots, wearing multiple hats, and stepping in wherever support is needed.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both structure and hustle: building processes where they don’t yet exist, reacting quickly when plans change, and taking pride in being the person others rely on to keep things running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn how products move from idea to launch, this role offers meaningful exposure and room to grow.

What you’ll do

• Track, receive, organize, and distribute product samples


• Maintain physical and digital product libraries


• Support product data, packaging, and artwork tracking


• Support seasonal planning and product launches by translating timelines into project management tools and track deadlines


• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure PD updates flow through and pre-launch product needs are met


• Manage supplier communication and be the source of truth for questions regarding samples and delivery dates for the internal team
  
  

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or a related role


• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail


• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and project management tools


• Clear communicator with strong follow-through


• Must be based in Los Angeles and willing to be in a Hollywood office 2-3x per week
