Job Description - Product Associate Employee Experience & Human Resources Product & Agility Office

If you enjoy coordinating product initiatives and gathering strategic inputs, this opportunity is for you. Utilize your experience and analytic prowess to calculate key metrics and facilitate change in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

As a Product Portfolio Operations Associate in Human Resources Product & Agility Office, you are responsible for supporting the creation of processes to ensure synergies across the broader product ecosystem. Work closely with the Product Portfolio Operations team and assist with planning, executing, and analyzing product-related projects.

Job responsibilities

Supports efforts to coordinate across products to ensure delivery against business objectives
Aids in collecting key inputs from across products to ensure our full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
Calculates basic metrics for portfolio management operations
Develops change initiative materials
Works with team members to drive accountability in the execution of PAO and change initiatives.
Provides updates to Executives & Key Stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
Proven ability to support the implementation of operational effectiveness initiatives
Prior experience using techniques and tools in relation to data analytics
Prior experience to design visual communications and presentation materials
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Work in a collaborative team environment
Work in a fast-paced environment that drives strategic change
Strong inter-personal skills to inspire and motivate the team and to instill confidence and trust within the business, product, operations, and technology teams.
Basic knowledge of agile frameworks
Basic Knowledge of agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence)
Agile Methodology Implementation
Preparing reports on agile metrics
Managing agile tools to support team backlog
