Job Summary:

The Product Catalog Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate product information throughout our inventory system. This position is responsible for photographing products, creating and updating item records, auditing catalog information, and ensuring the accuracy of product data used by internal teams and customers. Working closely with Inventory Control, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing, and Business Operations teams, the Product Catalog Specialist helps improve product visibility, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new systems, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 


A Sample of the Role:


  • Take and upload quality photos of newly received and repackaged products to support inventory accuracy and the sales process.

  • Create, update, audit, and maintain product records, item coding, and product photos to ensure accuracy and consistency within company systems.

  • Capture product dimensions and weights and update inventory records to support accurate freight calculations and inventory management.

  • Review product information and identify discrepancies, working with Inventory Control and Business Operations teams to resolve issues promptly.

  • Conduct regular audits of product data and inventory records to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with Inventory Control, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Business Operations teams to support accurate product setup and catalog maintenance.

  • Communicate product setup issues, data discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities with appropriate departments.

  • Perform quality work in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Participate in team meetings, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives as business needs require.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support organizational goals and improve overall operational performance.

  • Perform other duties as required.


Your Natural Ingredients to Win:




  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience taking high-quality product photographs using a handheld mobile device.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems; ERP experience is a plus.

  • Forklift experience or willingness to obtain forklift certification.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and remain highly organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when addressing discrepancies and process issues.

  • Ability to speak, read, write, and follow instructions, correspondence, and standard operating procedures.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team.

  • Warehouse, inventory, or product management experience preferred.

  • Ability to learn, follow, and uphold company safety procedures and quality standards.

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Safely lift, carry, and move product as needed, including cases weighing up to 40 pounds




  • Work in both office and warehouse environments, including cooler and freezer conditions ranging from approximately 30°F to -5°F.
