Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Communications Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and executing our product communication strategy, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are well-informed and engaged with our brand offerings.   

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product communication strategies that align with overall marketing goals.


• Create and maintain compelling product content across various platforms including websites, social media, and email newsletters.


• Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to gather information and insights to effectively communicate product features and benefits.


• Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases and product announcements.


• Monitor product communication effectiveness and gather analytics to inform future strategies.


• Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in product communication, marketing, or a similar role.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.


• Ability to translate complex product information into clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences.


• Experience using communication tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
