About the Role


Mercedes-Benz of North Haven is seeking a polished, passionate, and customer-focused Product Concierge to join our Sales Support team. This is a client-facing role at a luxury automotive dealership, first impressions matter, and you will be the face of the Mercedes-Benz ownership experience.


As our Product Concierge, you will guide customers through a thorough, white-glove vehicle orientation at the time of delivery — covering every feature, technology, and system across our new, pre-owned, and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inventory. Whether a client is taking delivery of an AMG performance vehicle or a Certified Pre-Owned GLE, they will leave with confidence, excitement, and a deep understanding of their investment.

What You'll Do


Vehicle Delivery & Feature Orientation



  • Conduct comprehensive, personalized delivery experiences for every client taking possession of a new, pre-owned, or CPO Mercedes-Benz vehicle

  • Walk clients through the full operation of their vehicle — MBUX infotainment, navigation, smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay / Android Auto), driver assistance systems, safety technologies, and model-specific features

  • Tailor each delivery to the individual client — adjusting depth, pace, and focus based on their comfort level with technology

  • Ensure every client departs informed, confident, and genuinely excited about their vehicle


Sales Team Support



  • Serve as the product knowledge expert for the sales floor — supporting consultants during the sales process with in-depth demonstrations and feature walk-around

  • Prepare vehicles for test drives and deliveries, ensuring pristine presentation standards are maintained at all times

  • Assist with inventory organization and front-line vehicle readiness


Client Communication



  • Engage with clients professionally in person, by phone, via email, and through text — always reflecting the standard of a world-class luxury brand

  • Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments and follow-up consultations

  • Proactively connect with post-delivery clients to answer questions and reinforce satisfaction


Administrative & CRM Support



  • Accurately input and maintain vehicle and customer data within the dealership's platforms

  • Support the new and preowned vehicle process and assist in marketing efforts. 


Brand & Social Media Presence



  • Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand authentically on social media — showcasing inventory, features, dealership events, and ownership lifestyle content

Qualifications



  • Minimum one year of customer-facing experience in a service, hospitality, or retail environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated comfort with and enthusiasm for technology

  • Active presence and confidence on social media platforms

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Professional appearance and presence required; dealership dress code applies
