Product Design Research Lead - Hiring Fast

This client-embedded role offers an exciting opportunity to lead research efforts and establish best practices in digital experience design for a top consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX research efforts to establish best practices across digital product development.
• Assist in setting up a UX research practice and rolling out a global research repository.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout all stages of product lifecycles.
• Advocate for user-centered design and integrate both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Convert research findings into actionable insights for stakeholders, designers, and developers.
• Manage multiple research activities to optimize user experiences.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
• Present research findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to a centralized repository of research findings for use across product lifecycles.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience supporting digital product teams with UX research.
• Proficiency in utilizing third-party research repositories.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for delivering meaningful user experiences.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, especially across diverse disciplines and time zones.
