Product Designer

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join Unframe and help define the user experience of the next generation of AI-powered enterprise software.You’ll be responsible for designing interfaces that allow users to interact intuitively with powerful AI systems - balancing flexibility, control, and clarity across complex workflows. We work on tools that help teams extract insight from information and take meaningful action faster and with less friction. 
Our products are used in real-world environments like contract review, operations, internal admin flows, and AI-driven decision support. You’ll be part of a product–tech team that moves quickly, works closely, and ships real things.

What You’ll Do

• Design real, AI-powered workflows that help users make sense of complex data and take action faster.


• Create end-to-end experiences for internal tools, CRMs, dashboards, and admin platforms.


• Translate product and technical requirements into clear, intuitive and scalable design patterns.


• Work with and evolve an existing Design System to ensure consistency and efficient handoff.


• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ship fast and iterate often.


• Build high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma, with attention to detail, edge cases, and real usage.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing complex web-based UX/UI for enterprise or internal systems.


• Proven experience with data-heavy interfaces - tables, filters, responsive states, saved views, etc.


• Hands-on experience using existing Design Systems (e.g., PrimeVue, Ant Design, Material UI).


• High proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, tokens, and documentation.


• Comfortable working closely with R&D teams and understanding development constraints.


• Independent, proactive, able to handle context-switching, open to feedback, and a strong team player.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML tools, workflow automation, or developer-facing platforms.


• Background designing for enterprise features — such as roles, permissions, or audit logs.


• Interest in prompt-based interfaces and other emerging patterns in AI products.


• Experience designing CRMs, BI dashboards, or other information systems.
