We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our client’s team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for their digital products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to design and enhance the user experience of the website and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design process.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing, continuously improving the user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in interactive/web design, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
