Product Designer Manager IV

• Partner with platform product managers to review
  and refine product strategies, roadmaps, and capability definitions for
  clarity, impact, and alignment
  
• Provide coaching, tools, and best practices to
  ensure consistent quality in product requirements, success metrics, and
  customer value articulation.
  
• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and feedback
  sessions to strengthen strategic thinking and execution discipline across the
  team.
  
• Help establish and maintain standards for platform
  capability documentation, prioritization, and communication.
  
• Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and
  Autodesk’s overarching platform vision, industry priorities, and ecosystem
  needs.
  
• Conduct targeted market and competitive analyses to
  inform and validate product management decisions.
  
• Support the creation of executive-ready materials
  that clearly convey platform strategy, rationale, and progress.
  

Requirements

• 7+ years in product strategy, product management,
  or technology consulting, with experience in SaaS platforms or developer
  ecosystems.
  
• Deep understanding of platform concepts: APIs, data
  interoperability, integration frameworks, and capability-based architecture.
  
• Proven track record of improving product management
  practices and delivering measurable outcomes in quality and consistency.
  
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and change
  management skills.
  
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking
  capabilities.
  
• Excellent communication and influence skills with
  stakeholders at all levels.
