Product Development Lab Technician

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine testing on raw materials, batches, and finished products.


• Operate laboratory equipment following established procedures.


• Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for testing.


• Record test results accurately and maintain data integrity.


• Track and report testing trends, variances, and unusual findings.


• Escalate out-of-specification results to laboratory leadership.


• Organize samples, materials, and laboratory records.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.


• Follow company policies, laboratory procedures, and safety requirements


• Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependability.


• Communicate testing status and laboratory needs effectively.


• Support laboratory operations and complete other assigned duties.
