This role combines creative product development and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for bringing new products to life, managing relationships with our overseas vendors, and continuously refining the assortment based on what’s selling, what’s missing, and where the brand should go next.
About the Role
You will own the product lifecycle from concept through production, while also monitoring performance, forecasting demand, and adjusting future buys accordingly. This role requires both creative intuition and operational discipline.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience and Leadership to ensure our product line is aligned with our brand and goals.

Partner with marketing team on promotional strategy
Provide clear guidance on what products to push, pause, or phase out
Analyze performance by SKU, category, drop, and channel to inform future development
Support special initiatives, limited drops, or unique inventory programs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a key partner to Marketing, Production, Operations, and Finance
Communicate product timelines, risks, and updates clearly across teams
Provide leadership with data-backed insights tied to product and inventory decisions

What This Role Requires
Creative product vision paired with operational rigor
