We’re seeking a Product Development Specialist to join our dynamic Capital Markets and Product Strategy team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our Non-QM product suite, developing pricing strategy, supporting investor relationships, and enhancing pricing engine configurations across Optimal Blue, Polly, and related tools. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own the creation, maintenance, and deployment of Non-QM product guidelines, rate matrices, and pricing strategies 
• Configure and maintain pricing engines (Polly, LoanNex, Optimal Blue, LoanSifter) 
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, and Operations teams to implement new programs and update existing ones 
• Perform program eligibility reviews, evaluate exception scenarios, and conduct risk-based assessments 
• Onboard new broker partners with customized pricing margins and user setups 
• Monitor competitor pricing and product structures to drive strategic positioning 
• Create internal tools and calculators to enhance operational efficiency 
• Interface with technology teams to optimize LOS integrations and guideline automation 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage product development, secondary marketing, or capital markets 
• Strong understanding of Non-QM, Agency, and Government lending programs 
• Experience with pricing engines (Polly, Optimal Blue, LoanSifter, etc.) 
• Solid grasp of investor guidelines, product structuring, and exception evaluation 
• Advanced Microsoft Word; Intermediate Excel 
• Experience in cross-department collaboration and stakeholder communication 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset 

Nice-to-Haves: 

• Background in Lock Desk or Secondary Marketing 
• Familiarity with LendingQB, Encompass, or other LOS systems 
• Experience onboarding brokers or retail branches 
• Working knowledge of hedging and loan sale execution
