The Product Director plays a critical role in the growth and ongoing operations of a fast-growing MGA incubator. He or she will work with specific programs to help them design insurance products and build robust businesses processes to navigate the requirements of internal constituents, partner carriers and regulators. He or she will also help execute company-wide initiatives. This is a demanding and highly satisfying job that may require travel. The successful candidate must be highly flexible and self-motivated.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 or more years of successful experience in product development or insurance operations.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of insurance product development—from initial design and regulatory compliance to actuarial analysis, policy administration platforms, underwriting, and distribution.
- Understands reinsurance, including how the reinsurance marketplace operates.
- Exceptional Knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
