The Product organization within CPS shapes and executes our capital formation strategy across all fundraises. Working closely with the COO function, we drive the product business strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and deliver the strategic scale required to meet ambitious growth targets. We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Enablement Strategy Professional to lead a team dedicated to modernizing the alternative investment lifecycle-designing and owning the delivery of tech solutions that simplify processes, harness modern technology, and elevate our fundraising operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Innovate and Reimagine: Think outside the box to develop and implement cutting-edge tech solutions that streamline and transform the fundraising operations lifecycle.
• Optimize and Scale: Lead process optimization, strategic planning, and project management to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all product-related fundraising activities.
• Leverage Technology: Champion the use of modern tools and platforms to simplify workflows, improve data-driven decision-making, and power holistic fintech strategies.
• Manage Critical Processes: Design and oversee the systems and processes for Diligence Requests, Consultant Databases, firmwide fundraising content, and reporting to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement that delivers tangible, strategic outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4-7 years of demonstrated success in strategy consulting, project management, product management, or strategic planning
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and leverage modern technologies to deliver measurable business impact
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing, collaborative teams
• Data-driven mindset, adept at translating insights into strategies that drive meaningful scale
• Passion for creative problem-solving and ownership of innovative technology solutions

Pay Range
$175K - $215K

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance.
