Product Engineer I (3rd Shift)

• Provide production support engineering for manufacturing operations, including testing methods, procedures, and yield improvement activities.
  


• Support device specifications, investigate yield issues, and participate in minor redesigns of devices and tooling.
  


• Analyze customer returns and manufacturing non\-conformances to support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  


• Support supplier\-related engineering changes and assist in the evaluation of externally purchased components.
  Assume responsibility for devices and/or components after transfer into high\-volume production.
  


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes while considering quality, cost, and efficiency constraints.
  


• Assist internal stakeholders or customers with device usage questions or testing activities, as needed.
  


• Support documentation, data analysis, and reporting activities related to manufacturing performance.
  


• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  


• **Perform other duties as assigned.**
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required).
  


• 0–2 years of engineering experience, including internships, co\-op programs, or capstone project experience.
  


• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  


• Ability to work effectively under close supervision while managing assigned tasks.
  


• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.
  


• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.
  


• Willing to work 100% on\-Site in Juncos, PR and work weekend and/or night shifts, as required by production needs.
