The Talent Experience team is responsible for the products used by tens of thousands of experts throughout every stage of their journey—from onboarding and assessments to ongoing work and engagement. As a Product Engineer, you'll move across multiple product areas, delivering polished user experiences and high-impact features that directly improve how experts interact with the platform. This is an ideal opportunity for a versatile engineer who enjoys owning products end-to-end while working across both frontend and backend systems.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack product features across multiple customer-facing product areas.


• Develop polished, intuitive web experiences using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.


• Own features throughout the entire development lifecycle, including product discussions, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.


• Quickly ramp into new product domains and codebases as business priorities evolve.


• Partner closely with Product, Design, AI, and Backend Engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.


• Build reusable frontend components and contribute to shared design systems and engineering standards.


• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software development while maintaining high engineering quality.


• Continuously improve platform performance, usability, and customer experience through rapid iteration.


• Solve meaningful customer problems while balancing speed, craftsmanship, and long-term maintainability.


• Contribute to the technical direction of multiple products across the company's growing platform.

Ideal Background

• 2–5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications.


• Strong frontend expertise using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.


• Solid full-stack engineering experience, including backend APIs, databases, and production web services.


• Experience working across multiple products or codebases with the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.


• Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing, debugging, performance optimization, and maintainable code design.


• Excellent product intuition with a passion for building user-facing software that delivers measurable value.


• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.


• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with changing priorities.


• High ownership mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience building reusable design systems or shared frontend component libraries.


• Background developing customer-facing SaaS, marketplace, or AI-powered products.


• Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams.


• Strong understanding of user experience principles and frontend architecture.


• Startup experience with significant ownership across multiple product areas.


• Experience integrating AI-powered features into production applications.


• Passion for shipping quickly while maintaining high engineering quality.


• Interest in AI infrastructure, developer productivity, and building products used at global scale.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000–$400,000.
