[ASI is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance manager with excellent working knowledge of aircraft logs and records to serve as a product implementation specialist. This position is a contract (1 year) located in South Korea.

Provide daily on-site customer support in leveraging the ASI aviation maintenance planning and management software solution in support of a fleet of Fixed Wing aircraftProvide daily management and oversight of assigned client implementation projectsLead/facilitate meetings with internal team and client stakeholdersServe as on-site, customer support representative to facilitate customers successful integration of software solution into daily business processesEstablish and maintain positive, professional working relationships with clients with primary focus on key stakeholders and decision makersSet and manage client expectations through project work plans and effective communicationEnsure relevant training is provided to customersShare information/feedback from customer with Product Implementation Team Manager pursuant to product enhancement and refinement of product vision and development strategy

5 years of experience in aviation-related area as an individual contributor1+ year of experience managing team member assignmentsBachelors degreeAssociate degree and 5 years of experience as aviation maintenance manager or supervisor may be substituted for Bachelor's degreeStrong understanding of aviation maintenance admin and aircraft logbooksExperience in a customer facing role providing product and/or services supportExcellent verbal and written communication skills
