Product Information Coordinator

Responsible for the organization, verification and dissemination of product information on the website and within various databases and systems.  Will provide support for purchasing and marketing activities and coordinates the completion of projects and reports.  

Essential job duties include:  

• Manage new product page and part creation for our website;
• Verify that accurate part numbers and pricing are assigned to all products on our website;
• Ensure weekly specials are updated every week with correct pricing and product selection;
• Add and maintain accurate Item sets and pre-packaged deals on website;
• Confirm accuracy of product specifications for airsoft products on our website;
• Recommend cross-sell items for airsoft products on the website and ensure links match appropriately.
• Ensure correct prices are published for products in all distribution channels in all cases where prices are managed manually and not through an automated systems;
• Manage Amazon product data, monitor reports to ensure accuracy, and resolve product rejections;
• Address any discrepancies between UPCs published online and actual codes;
• Add and remove products from Ebay;
• Verify, gather and update information on various reports that track the lifecycle of products, including Active Items Not Online, Returned Items to be Activated, Out of Stock Replacement items, and Unsellable and Discontinued Items.
• Records and documents product information process and procedures and updates as changes are needed;
• May assist in removing key words from Google search, documenting and reporting policy violations;
• Provide backup support to purchasing activities and key projects.
