Product Information Specialist

Work with sales reps, account managers, receiving and eComm to input and update product information within ERP, WMS and Shopify as well as monitoring UPC creations and registration.

Ability to jump in and help whenever and wherever. Team mentality.

Product Creation

Input new product, maintain existing product in ERP and WMS systems.

Asana Task Management

Update Asana Fields, mark complete all subtasks once they have been fulfilled.

• Sku Control

1. Develop and maintain sku generator for all reps to utilize when creating finished items in Onsite
2. Oversee sku creation to ensure consistency
3. Work with ecomm to ensure accuracy 

• GS1 UPCs

1. Oversee UPC reservation, verification
2. Maintain UPC file
3. Maintain Reference files (create script to auto update all reference files when the Main UPC listing file has been updated)

• Request Types

• Add skus to reserved tab in Main UPC Listing File (Google Sheets file)
• Email royalties and EDI with product description, product skus and reserved UPCs
• Update Asana Task Form with UPC information and UPC status
• Update Shopify if sku is on the site and UPC information hasn’t been updated
• Export Information from Shopify and upload to GS1
• Take upload report and add to Main UPC Listing file, use this to double check the UPC count on GS1 website. Rows must be 1 more than what is on the GS1 site (that extra 1 is the header row in Google Sheets file)
• Update GS1 status in Asana Task
• *sometimes skus will not need to be registered, case by case (depends upon the job) basis.

Bachelor's Degree or 3 years work experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with individuals at all job levels and across all departments.

Must be highly organized, detail-minded, and able to work within clear deadlines.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision, while also being a solid team player.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
