 We’re Hiring: Product Integration & Sustainability Manager
🌍 Global Automotive | Engineering Excellence | Sustainability

Are you ready to shape how next-generation automotive products are designed, built, and launched?

We’re looking for a Product Integration & Sustainability Manager to lead the integration of manufacturing, quality, cost, and sustainability into product design—right from concept to industrialisation.

🔧 Your mission:
Drive “right-first-time” product development by embedding:

Design for Manufacturing, Production & Quality
Virtual validation (FEA & simulation)
Sustainability (CO₂, materials, recyclability)
🌱 Your impact:

Reduce late-stage design changes
Improve launch readiness
Make sustainability a core engineering input—not an afterthought
Align engineering with real-world production and supplier constraints
🤝 Your role:
Act as the bridge between Engineering & Operations, leading global cross-functional collaboration and setting the standards for engineering excellence.

✅ You bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar)
6Sigma black belt is an asset.

5 years experience in manufacturing-driven product development
Expertise in industrialisation, DfX methodologies, and cross-functional leadership
A systems mindset balancing cost, quality, speed, and sustainability
