Product Line Management Associate

Job Summary and Work Environment: 

The Associate Product Line Manager will have the primary day-to-day responsibility for assisting in the company’s product line management for the assigned business categories. 

Education: 

Secondary Education, 0-3 years of product/apparel experience in a buying office or other merchandising role.

Essential Functions:

· Create new item set up including assigning hierarchy and maintaining status updates in M3 with the direction of the Product Line Manager

· Grow knowledge of assigned business area through understanding reporting and KPI’s  

· Action price changes in M3 and communicate them to broader cross functional team

· Assist Product Team with presentations as needed including creation of presentation documents, scheduling meetings, and other tasks as assigned

· Monitoring the competitive landscape – identify white space opportunities and summarize key activities of our competitors regularly

· Administrative duties for PLM team as assigned

Skills and Abilities: 

· Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management

· Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.

· Exceptional time management skills with proven ability to multi-task

· Requires some product knowledge, problem solving and organization skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

Physical Demands:

· Manual dexterity for keyboarding

· Frequent sitting

· Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

· Walking and standing
