Key Responsibilities\n\n * Directly responsible for all aspects of sustainment management of assigned Products\n\n\n\n * Owns product change management (PCM) and control\n * Unreleased product approval and control.\n * Product Change Management (PCR) review \u0026 approval.\n * Develops New Product/Option Implementation Strategy; Formulates the Configuration Change Requests (CCR) for New Product/Option/Structure implementation.\n * ECR (Engineering Change Request) review \u0026 approval.\n * Implementation of PCN (Part Change Notification), with Global Product Support.\n * Provides guidance/input to Engineering and the Business Unit about the field service impact of part/supplier changes.\n\n\n\n * Accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs (Bill of Materials)\n * CaRM (Configuration accuracy Review Meeting) reviews.\n * Configuration Change Request (CCR) creations updating Variant Configurator.\n * BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy.\n * NSR (Non Standard Request) review \u0026 approval. \n\n\n\n * I\u0026W Configuration Error Non-conformance Analysis\n * Thorough knowledge of Trackwise database.\n * Extensive knowledge of VC, BOM Structure Report, iOMS, and SRT databases.\n\n\n\n * Owns common modules roadmap and implementation post-Phase 5 of PDP\n\n\n\n * Implementation of component roadmaps including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction\n\n\n\n * Facilitates Intercompany communication to align on product strategies, provide guidance on pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.
