Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs qualitative and quantitative research regarding management trends, productivity, sales and profitability.
- Responsible for product lifecycle by assessing ongoing technology that depicts all features of the line to ensure improved sales.
- Ensure that product line is appropriately communicated to the market.
- May guide a team contributing to manufacturing and sales of a product line as a business unit.
- Notes market requirements for both current and future product lines by means of market research.
- Analyzes partner relationships for the product line and keeps track of performances delivered by team.
Skills & Knowledge:
- SME (Subject matter expert) in Drilling Fluid Control Valves, specifically Mud Gate Valves, API6A Valves and Drill Pipe float valves.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Must be able to communicate well within all areas of company.
- Must understand nuances of manufacturing process, target market and improvisation strategies.
- Good knowledge about the latest global technology.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration.
- Experience in total quality management a plus.
