Product Line Manager - Theranostics

Symmetrio is recruiting on behalf of a leading global medical device company for a Product Line Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of an innovative theranostics product portfolio. This role is hybrid with 20–30% travel and holds full P&L ownership.

You’ll work cross-functionally across R&D, commercial, operations, and regulatory teams to drive performance, market expansion, and innovation in the fast-evolving field of precision oncology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and market strategy for theranostics offerings
• Own full product lifecycle management including pricing, margin expansion, rationalization, and S&OP input
• Gather Voice of Customer and translate needs into clear, prioritized product requirements
• Develop and maintain business cases in collaboration with finance, engineering, and sales
• Drive launch execution and go-to-market alignment across sales, marketing, and support
• Support sales enablement, customer engagement, and feedback integration for continuous improvement
• Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitors, and portfolio growth opportunities

• 5+ years of product management experience in medical devices, diagnostics, theranostics, or oncology-related fields
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional product initiatives and full product lifecycle ownership
• Strong commercial and technical acumen, with experience in pricing, margin, and market strategy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams
• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business required; advanced degree a plus

Salary is starting at $125K annually.
