Position Overview\n\nWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide and expand our strategic initiatives across computational imaging, reconstruction algorithms, machine learning model development, and customer\u2011facing AI integration. This individual will serve as the technical and collaborative bridge between our internal R\u0026D efforts, key academic partners, and major semiconductor customers.\n\nThis position is instrumental in shaping the next generation of imaging and inspection systems deployed in leading-edge semiconductor fabs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1\\. Lead AI Strategy Across Reconstruction and Internal Modeling\n\n * Drive the development, integration, and deployment of our AI-driven reconstruction capabilities.\n * Partner with academic collaborators to advance cutting-edge research and translate findings into production\u2011grade algorithms.\n\n\n\n2\\. Competitive Technical Intelligence\n\n * Maintain a deep and continuously updated understanding of: competitor reconstruction technologies and strengths and weaknesses across alternative system architectures.\n\n\n\n3\\. Develop User\u2011Facing AI Training Workflows\n\n * Architect and deliver a robust, intuitive interface enabling users to perform pair-wise dataset training and generate updated model versions with minimal ML expertise.\n\n\n\n4\\. Customer Engagement \u0026 Account Support\n\n * Act as a technical liaison for major semiconductor partners, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and internal development.\n * Participate in customer visits, technology reviews, technical deep dives, and roadmap discussions.\n\n\n\n5\\. Cross\u2011Functional Leadership\n\n * Provide strategic input on hardware/software co\u2011design for future product generations.\n * Collaborate closely with product management and remote workforce on software and algorithm engineering.\n * Contribute to internal standards, documentation, and repeatable workflows for model training, validation, and deployment.\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n * PhD or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.\n * 5+ years of industry or postdoctoral experience in AI/ML for imaging, reconstruction, or scientific computing.\n * Demonstrated expertise in:\n * Neural networks for image restoration/reconstruction (e.g., U-Net, GANs, diffusion),\n * Classical and physics-informed reconstruction pipelines (e.g., FBP/FDK, iterative reconstruction, sinogram-domain optimization),\n * Multimodal or hybrid-domain reconstruction.\n * Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and scientific computing frameworks.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Experience developing tools enabling user\u2011driven ML training.\n * Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, inspection requirements, and metrology constraints.\n * Prior customer\u2011facing technical roles or experience supporting high-value accounts.\n * Experience with GPU optimization, model deployment pipelines, or large-scale data handling.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n10 - 15 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 25% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$148,000.00 - $203,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
