Product Management Associate

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A Product Management Associate is detail-oriented and proactive to support our product team in

delivering innovative spinal and medical device solutions. This entry-level role offers an exceptional

opportunity to learn about the medical device industry while supporting our mission to deliver innovative

spinal solutions. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspective and enthusiasm to learn about medical

device product management and the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Support senior product managers in managing the lifecycle of spinal and medical device products, including

documentation maintenance and project timeline tracking

· Assist in gathering and analyzing surgeon feedback, clinical data, and competitive analysis to inform

product decisions

· Create and maintain product documentation in compliance with FDA and international regulatory

requirements

· Help prepare materials for FDA submissions and international regulatory approvals

· Support the development and execution of product launch plans, including surgical technique guides

and training materials

· Assist in monitoring post-market surveillance data and preparing performance reports

· Help manage the product complaint database and support CAPA processes when needed

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)

· Eagerness to learn about medical devices and healthcare industry

· Ability to work effectively in a regulated, fast-paced environment
