Job Description - Product Management Associate - (Chicago Based) - Data & AI Engineering

seoClarity sits at the
critical intersection of
SEO
(Search Engine Optimization)
and AEO
(Answer Engine Optimization).
 As the
search landscape shifts toward AI -driven answers, our data must
not only be massive but intelligent.

We are
looking for an
 Associate Product Manager to
support our Product Management team in accelerating our data
evolution. You will build the systems and processes that validate
terabytes of data, identify brand -new insights hidden within our
datasets, and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that solve complex
client challenges. Your goal is to iterate rapidly with the
product team to transform raw technical ideas into
production -quality features.

What You
Will Do:

  • Accelerate Data Acquisition: Build and refine systems to ingest and normalize data from
new, emerging sources in the AEO and AI Search space.

  • Engineer Quality Frameworks: Design automated processes to validate data integrity at
scale, ensuring our "source of truth" is beyond reproach.

  • Identify New Insights: Use
LLMs and advanced data mining to find unique patterns in
search behavior, entity relationships, and sentiment that can
be turned into new product features.

  • Build & Iterate PoCs: Develop functional prototypes for new client solutions—moving
from a "What if?" conversation to a working demo
that the Product team can stress -test.

  • Bridge to Production: Support the core product team in refining PoC logic to meet
the high stability and performance standards required for
    enterprise production.

Requirements

What
This Role Requires (The Filters):

  • The "Technical
    Architect" Mindset:
    You
must be able to write Python and SQL to manipulate data and
    orchestrate LLMs.

    • The Filter: If you cannot build a functional script to test an idea
independently, you will not be able to keep up with our
      Product team’s pace.

  • Strategic Problem Solving: You
don't just find bugs; you find opportunities
     in
    data that others miss.

    • The Filter: We are looking for "Builders," not
"Checkers." You must demonstrate an ability to
create something new from raw data.

  • AI/LLM Proficiency: Practical experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic,
    Gemini) and RAG frameworks.

    • The Filter: We need someone who understands how to ground LLM outputs
in real data to avoid hallucinations.

What
This Role Is NOT:

  • This is NOT a
    "Shadowing" role:
    You
won't be watching people work; you will be building systems
that the Product team depends on.

  • This is NOT a pure
    Research project:
Your success is measured by how quickly your PoC can be
    validated for production.

  • This is NOT a
    Remote position:
    To
accelerate data acquisition and iterate with the Product team,
you need to be in the room where the decisions happen.

The
Reality of This Role:

  • Chicago On -Site: You
will work from our HQ, collaborating directly with the CEO and
    Product leads.

  • Global Collaboration: You
will support our product roadmap which involves coordination
with offshore engineering. This requires a flexible mindset
for early morning or late evening syncs.

  • High Impact: You
are here to unblock the Product team. Your work will directly
influence the roadmap for our AEO and AI initiatives.

How to Apply:

Submit
your resume and answer this Gatekeeper
 Question :

"If you were
tasked with building a PoC to identify what is the key driver
for a brand's presence in ChatGPT responses, how would you
structure the data collection, what elements would you look for
and what machine learning or other approach would you apply to
surface those?"
